Clean and comfortable bed and great location, near to the center and not far from train station
-
Close to the centre of the city and easy to reach the train station, really convenient
-
No disposable slippers in the room.
-
Centrally located.
Matter of fact welcome by tired and bored receptionist. Booked a family room for 4 people. Ended up with a double bed and a sofa for 1.5 persons with no bedsheets. They claimed that since I booked the room the same day housekeeping had had no time to prepare the bed! After some negociation, we were given an additional twin room. All ended well.

Location close to the Central Train Station and City was the best. Could walk everywhere. Room was facing street and not too loud on the top floor, but I would be interested in other rooms. Great Staff. Without free wifi, I will never recommend a hotel. The free wifi was downstairs in the lobby and lounge. It was usable and a good work space. The Breakfasts were a decent and tasty cold buffet. Warm hard boiled eggs were a favorite of my family. I would go back there again.
No air conditioning and we were having a heat wave. I know they don't need air in Copenhagen, but even a fan would have helped. They should just put free wifi in the rooms and stop trying to get 5 Kroners a day for it.

I thought the rooms were spacious and very clean. It had clearly been recently refurbished and it made the hotel seem all the better for that. The breakfast was good with a varied selection of ham/bread/cheese and more importantly a generous time slot in which to take breakfast ( 7- 11am). I would definitely book this hotel again if I were visiting Copenhagen
For the price , I think it was very good. The only improvement would have been tea and coffee making facilities in the room itself.
-
Location, quiet rooms at the back.
Poor toilet cleaning and a missing in bathroom above the tiny washing basin. Rooms on 4th floor to be avoided as they are underneath the very noisy breakfast room on the 5th.
-
Localization of the hotel and the breakfast was very good
Room hygene was not good ( especially the bathroom), housekeeping was poor
-
Fine, clean hotel, good value for money.
-
good breakfast and convenient location for a short visit to Copenhagen.
The wireless connection in the room is not free and the charge per day is a bit expensive. Also, there is only one computer in the lobby to check emails.
-
Very stylish in the scandinavian style. Important - they allowed two young kids in the same rooms with parents, not many hotels do it. Location is really great. We went on foot to the Zoo (about 1.5 km) and also to all central attractions. Many restaurants around.
A nearby partking (in Lidl supermarket) costs DKK 200 per day.
-
Minimilist smart clean lines Danish simplicity. Everything very functional. Comfy beds, but the single beds were narrow - Therefore, be warned if you are on the plumpish side - a double bed might be necessary.
-
Everything was very good, except for the wifi which had to paid extra. Buying a prepaid sim card from Telia at the train station with internet package was a good choice.
I would stay here again, but would avoid staying on the 4th floor. Restaurant on the 5th floor can make some noise in the mornings.
-
Friendly staff, and comfortable room close to train station.
As strangers to your city, we could have used more explicit instructions on you web site, for instance: If arriving by train, our hotel is within wallking distance. Exit the station by the Vesterbrograde exit and turn left. The Crown is about 300 metres on the south side of the street.

Travelled with two young children. The hotel allowed us early check in with the extra beds already in room. Quite spacious room. Delightfuland healthy breakfast was served. Loationwise it was great.minutes walk awayfrom Central Station and Tivoli. Since we had a room on inside of the quadrangle all street noise wwere completely cut off.
